Abstract

The rapid development of technology as it is today requires humans to always innovate in developing appropriate technology that can help facilitate human work in daily activities such as drying clothes. Drying clothes is one of the activities that is often carried out in household life, Sumedang has rainfall that is almost evenly distributed throughout the year and the people of Pamulihan Village, who on average work in the factory and government sectors, are often outside the house so that the activity of drying ordinary clothes is left behind. traveling or working, so that when it rains or at night it is not possible to lift the clothesline. After testing the prototype system, it is seen that the prototype system can function because the components used work in order, the results are that when the sensor is immersed in the water container the servo motor moves from an angle of 0? to an angle of 90? indicating the clothesline is moving shut and when the water sensor lifted from the water container the servo motor moves from an angle of 90 ? to an angle of 0 indicating the clothesline is moving open
