Web-Based Wedding Organizer System

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, the business world is growing very rapidly, one of which is a business in the field of wedding organizer services. This organizer provides special services that help the bride and groom and their families in planning and implementing a series of wedding events according to a predetermined schedule. To order a wedding package, you must come to the place, promotional media and information dissemination are still not effective, besides that administrative reports are not well organized. The solution that will be made is a web-based information system using the PHP programming language codeigniter framework, and a MySQL database. The method used in the development of this system is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method which consists of requirements planning, system design, and implementation. The test results show that the application can make it easier for customers to order wedding packages without having to come to a place where they can place orders through the website, can see product categories and prices for each product available on the website, as well as being a promotional and informational media and can assist in processing reports.
