Abstract

Currently in Sumedang there are many who open electronic repair services, from those who have companies / shops or those who are independent or open services at home. As for the business process itself, what is happening is still based on business to consumer (B2C). For their promotion strategies they rarely use internet media in promoting service, they still use word of mouth promotion strategies, therefore people often have difficulty finding the electronic repair places they need, often people have to compare prices and services by coming directly to the owner of an electronic repair service provider. Therefore the purpose of this study is to design a marketplace for electronic-based website repair service providers, website design and development using the prototype method, (UML) Unified Modeling Language as a tool, for diagrams using usecase diagrams, class diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams and deployment diagram. in designing the website using the codeigniter framework and MySQL as the database. The design of this website is tested using the black box testing method and produces the appropriate results. The results achieved from this research are the marketplace of website-based electronic repair service providers. With this website the electronic repair service providers are expected to provide convenience in terms of promoting electronic service services and customers can find the services needed quickly.
