Abstract

The role of information Technology (IT) as part of information Systems (IS) has changed dramatically. Currently, IT is not only expected as a tool to assist organizational activities but has become part of the strategy of an organization to achieve its goals. The policies carried out by the Regional Government in carrying out all activities related to the interests of the Village Government, both administrative, financial, resource management and funding sources as well as the existing authority entrusted to the public are still not maximized. in its development, the Village Government has had sufficient technological infrastructure, but the applications used to support the implementation of their duties are only standard applications that are not integrated with each other. This is due to the absence of information technology planning and information systems that are in line with business processes in the Village Government. The absence of a database management system makes the storage of documents, data and information not well organized. Therefore, an enterprise architecture design is needed as a basic framework for business solutions to solve problems in optimizing the use of IT owned. This study uses TOGAF ADM (Architecture Development Method) which consists of a preliminary phase, vision architecture, business architecture, information systems architecture, technology architecture. From all these phases, an administrative data management design that is integrated with an information system will be produced.
