Abstract

Determination of the best employees based on job results criteria. While other criteria are not calculated on average, such as absenteeism, commitment, quality of work, attitude and ability to develop themselves. The problem faced is how to determine the best employees with specified criteria and a number of alternative employees. In this study, discusses applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process method to a Decision Support System that was built to help determine the best employees. AHP is a decision-making method to solve multi-objective choice-making problems. The weighting of the criteria is carried out using a value of 1 – 9, so that it can assist managers in selecting alternative employees
