Website Quality Analysis Of User Satisfaction Using Webqual 4.0 Method

The website is currently a medium for disseminating information relating to news, agendas, products, sports facilities, tourism potential and reports by an institution. The quality of a website is an important factor that must be considered in an agency, because the website is a picture of the agency in cyberspace. To determine the quality of a website, it is necessary to measure the quality of the website based on its users so that the website of this institution needs to be analyzed on the quality of the website with the aim of knowing the level of user satisfaction with website services using the webqual method. Webqual is a method of measuring website quality based on end user perceptions. The variables of webqual are usability, information quality, service interaction quality and one dependent variable is user satisfaction. In the process of analysis using a sample of 200 respondents. For data analysis using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling. Measurement analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the path significance test can be seen that the t value of the interaction quality on user satisfaction is not significant because the t value is smaller than 1.66 and the P Values ??is greater than 0.1. Meanwhile, the quality of information on user satisfaction and the quality of ease of use on user satisfaction are stated to be significant because the t-value is greater than 1.66 and the P-value is less than 0.1. And in testing the hypothesis, the quality of interaction is rejected while the quality of information and user convenience is accepted because the P Value is smaller than the significance value (alpha) of 0.1. So, the quality of information and user convenience significantly affect the level of user satisfaction in using the website. While the quality of interaction does not significantly affect the level of user satisfaction in using the website
