The variables of webqual are usability, information quality, service interaction quality and one dependent variable is user satisfaction. In the process of analysis using a sample of 200 respondents. For data analysis using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling. Measurement analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the path significance test can be seen that the t value of the interaction quality on user satisfaction is not significant because the t value is smaller than 1.66 and the P Values ??is greater than 0.1. Meanwhile, the quality of information on user satisfaction and the quality of ease of use on user satisfaction are stated to be significant because the t-value is greater than 1.66 and the P-value is less than 0.1. And in testing the hypothesis, the quality of interaction is rejected while the quality of information and user convenience is accepted because the P Value is smaller than the significance value (alpha) of 0.1. So, the quality of information and user convenience significantly affect the level of user satisfaction in using the website.
